The crown is waiting! 

Mx Burlesque Victoria 2026 arrives back at Meat Market, North Melbourne on Saturday 12 September 2026.

Produced by the Tassel Events, this award-winning competition brings together eight performers selected to compete for the Mx Burlesque Victoria crown, cash prizes and industry recognition  across three rounds of competition.

Mx Burlesque Australia is the country’s leading burlesque competition, dedicated to advancing the art of striptease while championing bold contemporary performance. Competitors are judged by industry professionals as they bring their most ambitious work to the stage, as an audience though we just want you to get ready to cheer. 

This is not safe, predictable burlesque. This is the next wave of performers making audiences fall back in love with live entertainment, with the kind of acts people talk about long after the show.

Winner of Melbourne’s Favourite Burlesque Event at the 2024 Melbourne Entertainment and Drag Awards, Mx Burlesque Victoria has built a reputation for selling out fast and delivering one of the most electric crowds in the country.

Each State runs their own final and there has been no national final since 2019.
